RENTAL RATES*:
Per hour (Minimum 3 hours) | $30 |
Per day | $150 |
Per week (7 days) | $750 |
Other Terms:

Payment in whole or a deposit for rental period must be made prior to use of rehearsal space.

Cancellation of reserved dates and times must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Otherwise, full rental charges for the reserved dates will apply. -
The renter is required to pay a refundable deposit $40 for 2 entry keys.

The renter is responsible for ensuring that all exit doors to the rehearsal hall are properly locked and secured upon leaving the premises.

The renter is responsible for payment of property damages caused while in the premises.

References for renter must be provided upon request.

Please note that there is no smoking anywhere inside the rental premises.
