Kirsten LeBlanc

Described as a "major vocal revelation" (Le Devoir), New Brunswick soprano Kirsten LeBlanc is quickly becoming known for her rich, powerful voice and engaging stage presence. A 2022 graduate of Opéra de Montréal's Atelier lyrique, Kirsten also holds a Doctorate in Performance from l’Université de Montréal. Recent credits include Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte and Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream at l’Université de Montréal and Hanna Glawari in The Merry Widow with McGill Savoy Society. Kirsten sang Zweite Dame in Opéra de Montréal’s 2022 Die Zauberflöte and her 22-23 season include Ines in Il trovatore, covering lead roles in the world premiere of La beauté du monde and Golijov’s Ainadamar (all OdeM) and her Toronto Operetta Theatre debut as Rosalinde in Die Fledermaus.
