Amy Moodie

Amy Moodie is so excited to be playing Franzi in A WALTZ DREAM! Most recently, Ms. Moodie performed the role of Despina in a socially distant outdoor concert of Mozart’s COSI FAN TUTTE and created an online performance for A Good Mess Opera Theatre’s A GOOD HAUNTING. Ms. Moodie rang in 2020 by being selected as the winner of the Toronto Mozart Vocal Competition and was featured in a virtual concert in November 2020. She is a recent graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Music where she was a two-time recipient of the prestigious Richard Bradshaw Fellowship in Opera (2016-2018). In the fall of 2019, she was selected as a finalist and winner of two prizes at the American International Czech and Slovak Voice Competition (2019). Upcoming: Ms. Moodie is excited to be revisiting the role of Mabel in THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE with COSA Canada this winter!
