available for rent by arts organizations: Location: 947 Queen
Street East, 2nd Floor (southeast
corner of Queen and Carlaw Avenue) Ø
2,200 square feet space (tile over concrete flooring) Ø
Kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and microwave oven Ø
Separate Men and Women’s washrooms Ø
5 skylights for natural lighting during the day Ø
Convenient and regular TTC service by Street Car and Bus Ø
Parking along Queen Street East (metered) and Carlaw Avenue Rental
Rates: (includes use of Kawai
baby grand piano)
Other Terms: Payment in whole or a deposit for rental
period must be made prior to use of rehearsal space. Cancellation of reserved dates and times
must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, full rental charges for
the reserved dates will apply. The renter may be required to pay a
refundable deposit of $40 for 2 entry keys. The renter is responsible for ensuring
that all exit doors to the rehearsal hall are locked and secured upon leaving
the premises. The renter is responsible for payment of
all damages, accidental or otherwise caused by his/her use of the premises. References for renter must be provided
upon request by TOT. Please note that there is no smoking anywhere inside the
